Crackers! Homemade "Cheeze Its"

    I love crackers. Among store bought crackers my favorits are beyond any doubt : Cheeze its. I mean I have my dad send them all the way to France and then I hord them as a very special treat. Now anyone that knows me and my "all homemade food with no wierd ingrediants" obsession will find this to be a bit of a contradiction. And it is. Nobody's perfect certainly not me. Cheese Soup

It's been a year since I first heard of the international cheese soup contest. Being obessed with cheese this kinda got my imagination going. When I found out that my boyfriend's familly regularly went to this soup tasting festival, I felt kind of left out, why hadn't we gone yet? Eggplant Khachapuries

This is a little adaptation of the traditionnal Georgian khachapur'y recipe (cheese bread) Dough Mix:1 yogurt2 cups of flour1 package of baking powder1/2 tea salt4 tbs olive oil(+1/4 cup of water if necessary)Knead together and form a none sticky ball, cover and let it sit for at least a half an hour. Quesadillas croustillantes au crème d'haricots blancs et vache qui rit

Crème d'haricots blancs:-1/2 bocal d'haricots blancs-1/2 onion-2 petits piments rouges fraisPrécuire l'onion haché 2min au micro-ondes. Mixer tous les ingredients, pour obtenir une purée bien crèmeuse. Préchauffer une poêle avec une noisette d'huile. Faites dorer une tortilla (galette de blé mexicaine) sur une face, posez-là sur une deuxième galette dont vous ne grillez qu'une seule face aussi. Sunday night Lasagna

Fry:1 chopped onion2 mergezes Slice thinly1 small eggplant2/3 zucchini1 tomato Chop 1 red pepper Fry:4-5 mushrooms. Retrive the water from the mushrooms ( I used frozen mushrooms so there was a lot of excess juice) Whisk in 3 tbs maizenaDash of dried garlic5-6 spins of the pepper grounder1/2 tea salt Heat stiring constantlyAdd 250ml milkWhen the sauce thickens take away from the heat.
