Middle Eastern Ravioli

I made these as my first Daring Cooks Chalenge. I was very busy at the time so I was a bit late in post the pictures for this recipe, sorry! The Dough: Pour 300g of flour and 1 tea of salt on to your counter and make a well in the center. Crack 2 eggs into the well. Then add 3 tbs of olive oil. Start mixing the dough by hand. Because I found the dough a bit dry I added 2 egg yolks (frozen) and a little water(1-3tbs). Keep on kneading until the dough is shiny and springy. Leave the dough to rest while you prepare... Sunday night Lasagna

Fry:1 chopped onion2 mergezes Slice thinly1 small eggplant2/3 zucchini1 tomato Chop 1 red pepper Fry:4-5 mushrooms. Retrive the water from the mushrooms ( I used frozen mushrooms so there was a lot of excess juice) Whisk in 3 tbs maizenaDash of dried garlic5-6 spins of the pepper grounder1/2 tea salt Heat stiring constantlyAdd 250ml milkWhen the sauce thickens take away from the heat. Layer all the ingrediants in a baking dish with a few layers of pasta. Poor the sauce on top and grate some gouda cheese to finish it... [Lire la suite]
